We’re excited about the new restaurant going in at 417 Monument Drive, The Handlebar Taproom! Thank you to The Daily Sentinel of Grand Junction for including this construction project in their Sunday paper:
“”We’ve been talking about it for nine months,” said Adam Kinsey, the owner of The Handlebar Taproom. “I think Redlands is underserved in terms of casual eateries.”
Since it’s a taproom, the primary focus will be on craft beer; the owners plan to rotate craft beer selections and offer burgers and other casual dining favorites.
“We’re going to have a mountain bike theme to go with the craft beer,” Kinsey said. He hopes the restaurant, which will have rooftop patio dining, will become one of the favorite places for people to go after riding the trails at the Lunch Loops mountain biking area on Monument Road.”
