Even with the economic downturn and with numerous general contractors closing their doors, Merritt & Associates G.C., Inc. has stayed active within the construction industry. We are one of the few General Contractors who were able to continue showing a profit during this time. Some of our projects included everything from site development and upgrades for restaurant franchises such as McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Schlotzsky’s Deli to the erection of metal buildings.
We completed construction for Abbey Carpets, GSI, FHE, and Patterson Drilling to name a few. Our success allowed us to assist others within our industry as well. We have maintained strong relationships with numerous subcontractors in our community as well as Kraai Design Architecture and Gregg Architecture and Planning. We complete Design Build to Value Engineering on almost all of our projects. Our success can be attributed to our ability to complete all projects while staying within budget.
